Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 2026
By using this service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before signing up or subscribing.

1. Who we are

This service is operated by SBOM Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company registration number pending; will be updated once issued). In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" refers to SBOM Ltd. "You" refers to the person using the service.

2. What we provide

We provide an AI-powered thinking partner designed to help you work through decisions, patterns, and strategic questions. The service is available via the web at app.thestrategicbusinessofme.com and, in future, via installable progressive web app (PWA).

The service includes text and voice interaction, document upload and analysis, memory across sessions, and various export features (plans, summaries, calendar files).

Important: Our service is a thinking tool, not a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. For such advice, consult a qualified professional.

3. Your account

You may use part of our service anonymously. To access features like memory, saved conversations, or subscriptions, you need to create an account. When you do, you agree to:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

We offer paid subscriptions for extended access. Current pricing is published on our website. Subscriptions are:

Refund policy: We do not offer refunds on subscriptions already charged. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; no further charges will be taken. You may cancel at any time from within your account or by emailing us.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you don't agree to a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Crisis and safety

The service includes automated safeguarding — if you express thoughts of self-harm or crisis, the service will direct you to appropriate crisis support resources. This is automated and region-based.

This service is not a replacement for emergency services, mental health professionals, or medical advice. If you or someone else is in crisis, please contact local emergency services or the appropriate crisis line for your region.

7. AI limitations

The thinking partner is built on large language models provided by Anthropic. It can:

You are responsible for the decisions you make. The tool supports your thinking; it does not replace your judgement.

8. Our intellectual property

The framework, doctrine, language ("Economic Athlete", "Parent Company", "Pre-Bias", "Winning Emotion", and the other framework terms), the platform code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of SBOM Ltd and/or Anoop Pandhi. You may not reproduce, teach, resell, or commercialise the framework without written permission.

You retain full ownership of your own conversations and uploaded content. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to issues. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBOM Ltd is not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by UK law.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email, with at least 30 days' notice where legally required. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are consumer-resident in another UK/EU country, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts as permitted by law.
